Nature and Martial Arts

A new section on the fundamental elements and the adaptive cycle has been added.

All the original websites materials have been transferred over to this new blog, and the restructuring of the website is complete for the time being.  Now the focus will shift back to adding new sections to the site.  The next section currently being worked on is the Four Elements and the Adaptive cycle.  This next section should be added soon to the site.

The website has now been transferred from Emory’s hosting to WordPress, and the layout is being remodeled.
